Rate limits

Each API key, and each Authorized app, may make 60 requests a minute. The window starts with the first request and resets a minute later.

Past the limit, requests get a 429 with a Retry-After header, in seconds:

Wait that long and carry on. Nothing about the refused request was saved.

Separately, each Network limits how often an account may publish. When one says no, the Variant fails with rate_limited and can be tried again later.
