Make

Make’s HTTP › Make a request module calls the API directly.

  1. Add the module after your trigger — a new sheet row, a form, a feed item.

  2. Set the request:

    Field Value
    URL https://app.pubrivo.com/api/posts
    Method POST
    Headers Authorization: Bearer pbv_…
    Body type Raw
    Content type JSON (application/json)
    Parse response Yes
  3. Map the body from the trigger’s fields:

    {
    "text": "{{1.text}}",
    "channelIds": ["5b0b6c1e-9f4a-4a57-8d1e-2c3f4a5b6c7d"],
    "scheduledAt": "{{formatDate(1.when; "YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ssZ")}}"
    }

    formatDate with Z writes the offset, so the time means what the trigger meant. If the text may hold quotes or line breaks, build the body with JSON › Create JSON instead and pass its output as the request content.

Store the key in a Make keychain or connection rather than typing it into the module where everyone with access to the scenario can read it.

A refused Post comes back as a 422 with blockers; add an error handler route to log them, or to notify whoever wrote the row.
