API / AI assistants

From idea to scheduled, without leaving the chat.

Pubrivo runs a remote MCP server. Connect your assistant once, and it can read your calendar, schedule, publish and cancel across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Threads.

Tools

What your assistant can do.

Each tool is one call to its REST twin, so an assistant and a script can never disagree.

ToolWhat it doesKind
list_channelsLists the Workspace’s Channels, and whether each can take a Post now.read
list_postsLists Posts and where each has got to, optionally in a date range.read
schedule_postSchedules a Post to one or more Channels, at least 15 minutes ahead.write
publish_nowPublishes a Post now — only if you allowed it at approval.write
get_postReads one Post, including media readiness and failure details.read
cancel_postCancels a Post’s Variants that have not started publishing.write
create_media_uploadReserves an upload for a local file: the assistant’s shell sends the bytes, not the chat.write
complete_media_uploadConfirms the file arrived whole, so a Post can use it.write

Stays in your hands

An assistant gets exactly what you hand it.

One Workspace each
Consent is per Workspace. An assistant connected to one cannot see another.
Publishing now is its own yes
Scheduling is the default, at least 15 minutes out, so there is time to catch a mistake. Posting immediately is a separate permission you grant on purpose.
Everything is labelled
Posts an assistant makes carry its name and the person who connected it, on Home and in the calendar’s Agenda view.
Revoke in one click
Settings › Authorized apps lists every connected assistant. Remove one and its access ends at once.
